Lisa Collins heads up the Program Management and Clinical Operations Department. Working closely with clients to understand their unique needs, she is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality program deliverables meeting timelines and budgets.

With over 20 years of global drug development experience, from discovery to marketing approvals, Lisa is able to leverage her expertise and understanding of all phases of research to support our partners

Prior to establishing Innomas Clinical Research Lisa project managed drug development teams, led clinical operations teams while working and establishing relationships with sites, investigators and vendors across Europe, North and South America, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australia.

Dr. Innocent Clement is a Co-Founder and CMO of Innomas Clinical research, CEO and Co-Founder of Ciba Health (Digital Therapeutics and virtual care reversing chronic diseases starting with Type 2 diabetes) and former CEO and Co-Founder of Kaia Health Inc.

With 11+ years of experience in Clinical trials and drug development, Phase I to IV experience, he has a strong clinical background combined with his expert knowledge of the Clinical Research industry and deep understanding of GCP ICH guidelines.

Dr. Clement is a trained physician from both Columbia, Cornell and Harvard Universities. In his role as the Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer of INNOMAS, Dr. Clement harnesses the core competencies of the team members to ensure optimal deployments of their skills and ensure effective and fast trial execution.

Leslie Sam is Chief Quality Officer of Innomas Clinical research, and founder of Leslie Sam and Associates LLC where she has successfully assisted pharmaceutical and biotech companies in advancing their quality and business goals.

With over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Leslie brings unparalleled expertise in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and global team leadership. She has an extensive background in the biopharmaceutical industry, where she has consistently delivered on regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Her technical understanding of regulatory guidelines (EMA, FDA, ICH) and strategic application of Quality Management Systems ensure that her deliverables not only meet but often exceed global standards, driving enhanced operational efficiencies.

Leslie Sam is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Cosmas Collins is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in Clinical Data Management. As the head of Oversight for the Clinical Data Management Department at Innomas, Mr. Collins is responsible for aligning client data management needs with the delivery of high-quality, protocol-compliant data in a timely manner.

With a career spanning more than 20 years, Mr. Collins has accumulated extensive global experience, successfully leading and collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, Asia, India and Africa. His expertise has been instrumental in numerous successful bid defense presentations, resulting in the acquisition of multiple high-profile studies..
