Dr. Innocent Clement is a Co-Founder and CMO of Innomas Clinical research, CEO and Co-Founder of Ciba Health (Digital Therapeutics and virtual care reversing chronic diseases starting with Type 2 diabetes) and former CEO and Co-Founder of Kaia Health Inc.

With 11+ years of experience in Clinical trials and drug development, Phase I to IV experience, he has a strong clinical background combined with his expert knowledge of the Clinical Research industry and deep understanding of GCP ICH guidelines.

Dr. Clement is a trained physician from both Columbia, Cornell and Harvard Universities. In his role as the Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer of INNOMAS, Dr. Clement plans to harness the core competencies of the team members to ensure optimal deployments of their skills and ensure effective and fast execution as he designs, implements, and optimizes INNOMAS clini

Lisa Collins heads up the Program Management and Clinical Operations Department. Working closely with clients to understand their unique needs, she is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality program deliverables meeting timelines and budgets.

With over 20 years of global drug development experience, from discovery to marketing approvals, Lisa is able to leverage her expertise and understanding of all phases of research to support our partners

Prior to establishing Innomas Clinical Research Lisa project managed drug development teams, led clinical operations teams while working and establishing relationships with sites, investigators and vendors across Europe, North and South America, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australia

Lisa holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiology and Pharmacology from the University of Central Lancashire

Cosmas Collins is responsible for Oversight of the Clinical Data Management Department at Innomas, his responsibilities include understanding Client Data Management needs and working with the Clinical Data Management Team to deliver high quality data that meet the needs of the protocol in a timely manner.

Cosmas has over 15 years of Clinical Data Management Experience, global experience that includes working with teams in USA, Europe, Asia and India. Cosmas has presented at several bid defense meetings and won several studies.

Cosmas holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science from the University of North London now known as London Metropolitan University in the U.K. He is an active member of Society of Clinical Data.
